Software Project Manager
Alison Merino is a Software Project Manager, experienced in using both Waterfall and Agile software development methods. She started her career as a software engineer, and in her subsequent 17 years at Raytheon, she and her teams produced security systems, anti-tamper, RADAR systems, and other technology. She has worked all phases of project lifecycle, from proposals through development, sell-off and delivery. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master, and is an acknowledged expert in using Agile with Earned Value.
Alison earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Architecting and Engineering from University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University with dual majors in Computer Science and Chemistry. In addition, she earned a California Teaching Credential from California State University Long Beach, and taught high school science and math for 5 years.
Alison lives in the mountain town of Big Bear Lake, California, and is currently a consultant in Software Project Management.

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and event.
