Goals (By the end of the presentation, the attendees will be able to):
Learn how to balance task-based project management with people-based aspects
By focusing on P’s (Pictures, Partnerships, Presence) and Q’s (IQ, EQ, SQ) project managers can add a dimension of personal growth and fun to project participants
Identify 6 call to action items (one for each P and Q) that you can focus on in the next month.
Diane Chang is a Certified Professional Coach who works to advance the careers and personal lives of those who work in technology. Having been a technology professional for over 20 years, she has firsthand experience in the opportunities and challenges faced in tech and is still actively engaged as a consultant. Prior to becoming a coach, Diane was a Vice President / Senior Manager of Applications Development at the Capital Group in Southern California where she worked for over 16 years. She started her career in large consulting companies as a developer and product specialist.
Diane seeks to be the voice of encouragement, trust, growth, and achievement to those who want to make a difference, influence culture, and improve their circumstances. She is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping others to actively develop their leadership skills. In addition to serving as WITI Regional Network Director for New York City, Diane also mentors Africa's youth through the Infinite Family global program.
